Opening Hips & Easier Childbirth

I'm now 30weeks ++, so kena mulalah buat exercise to aid for childbirth nanti.



Pinggang ku pun makin sakit ni, maybe mula tak larat support my belly weight. But after doing this exercise & the usual back exercise, alhamdulillah rasa lega sikit.

kelasnye mmg ada, timenye takde nak pegi. also its only once a week. kalau yg ni buat tiap2 pagi & mlm. siap Miya join skali tau!!
