haa senaman ni elok diamalkan. dulu masa pregnantkan izz selalu wat exercise ni. hasilnya nak bersalin mudah & masa pregnant pun jarang sakit2 badan.
ila blaja senaman ni masa atted kelas ante-natal kat hospital, ada trainer ada exercise ni. hubby pun join sekali. seronok sgt :)
thanks for sharing..hopefully if ada rezeki for second baby, nak attend ante natal classes yg ada buat exercise
