Breastmilk Booster Recipe- Cekodok Oat With Honey!!

I just invented this recipe this week. We had it for breakfast this one morning and just now I had some for my snack....and seems like it does work to increase my breastmilk. (Ye lah, the other time I had for breakfast, I tot I syok sendiri aje pasal cekodok tu..konon increase BM. But since I had it just now, tetibe boobs rasa berat. So it should mean its works in increasing my BM kan?)



Bahan2 dia macam buat pancake and cekodok jugak.

-1cup flour
-1/2 cup oats
-2 eggs
-2tsp sugar
-pinch of salt
-some fresh milk just enough to make the batter cair cam batter cekodok
-some vanilla essence if you like bau lemak wangi-wangi.

So just mix the ingredients sebati and deep fry til golden brown.

For serving, just drizzle some honey on it..Yummy makan panas2. Jangan biarkan sejuk coz nanti liat & keras. Naya tercabut gigi pulak.

kalau cekodok tu tak mau keras tambah air suam skit kot..

yummy!!! makan panas2 u say? kena tunggu hubs balik lah baru bole goreng, tapi batter bole ja simpan dalam fridge kan? kalau tak letak honey sedap jugak tak?

nadnye--> kalo nak lembut guna air suam eek? br tau..hihihi..ni la dia org yg main masak campak2, takde proper method. mujo ada kawan cam u nak share tips.

drama mama-->i pun tak sure bleh simpan dlm fridge sebelum goreng ke tak. i main bedal aje create food. i letak honey & hubby put choc topping..maybe u bleh try letak susu pekat..or jams..or kaya...whatever tickle ur fancy. :D

tq for the recipe.. Will try.. I pantang dengor kalau bab2 nak tambah susu ni..sure my hubby kata boring coz no chili "padi" inside but who cares...this is for mummy kan??hehe..

dbalkis-->camtu sediakan sambal tumis utk En. Suami buat colek. my husband slalu aje mintak cili kicap or sambal bila i buat cekodok manis or masin.

temp.housewife--> oo recipe ni mmg betul2 wujud ke? i main campue2 aje 1st time buat coz bahan dapo tak cukup. okie nnt i try letak baking powder, mesti fluffy skit kan?

edamame? suke je makan tanpa sebab..pasni akan ku makan lagi berkoyan2...tq for the info Hanz..

dbalkis-->sama taste la suami kita. sah bleh geng diorang tu.
try la edamame, kalo susu tak byk pun tak rugi makan coz sedap & berkhasiat.

selalu gak buat.. masuk je apa bhn yg ade..;) memang bagus utk supply susu.. normally kalo lepas bancuh tu, tinggalkan dlm 1/2 - 1 jam sblm dimasak.. supaya butter tu 'naik'.. Insya Allah, bila dah sejuk xde lah keras & liat sgt..
anak2 suka makan dgn mayo + sos.

kakyong--> benda ni berkhasiat utk satu family kan? eh nak bg batter tu naik kena letak soda bicarb atau baking powder ke? ke gitu aje dah ok?

sirna--> yg kuat makan oat kat rumah ni si Miya aje..papa & mama dia tekak melayu skit..so memacam la i eksperimen masak letak oats supaya add this to our diet. :D tu yg tercipta cekodok ni.

momma mia--> i think ok aje org berpantang makan ni, unless dia pantang on minyak la..i rasa its good utk org br branak coz ada carbo, protein, calcium & macam2 kan? i time pantang dulu tiap2 hari makan cucur bilis letak kuchai for breakfast..susu melimpah ruah ooo..

reitak--> its all about experimenting with oat. i even made savoru porridge using chicken soup+oat. yummy especially during winter. :D edamame might work coz of its high protein. it works wonders for me.

yatie--> selamat mencuba. :D as i said b4, susu tak UP pun takpe..sedap & berkhasiat.

ely--> u tak yah risau pasal susu..slalu aje psyco then susu terus byk..jealous tau.. sammy mohawk!!! aiyoooo....nnt tepek gambar kat blog..nak tgk sgt2!!

mama miya,
kakyong sebenarnya tak suka bau soda bikarbonat @ baking powder.. walaupun sikit tp bau nya len macam jer... huhuuu..
tu pasal, kalo nak buat cucur, bancuh butter pagi2.. simpan tepi (tak masuk peti ais) brg 1/2 - 1 jam.. pastu baru goreng.. kalo x habis leh simpan peti ais..

kalo dan2 tu bancuh & dan2 tu nak goreng.. memang le x sempat butter tu nak kembang sebati dgn telur.. ;)

tp kalo dah rasanya sedap.. keras pun tetap sedap... hikhikhik... leh perangat dlm microwave... ;)
